Crispy Muesli Recipe
Ingredients:
- 300g rolled oats
- 100g nuts (e.g., almonds, hazelnuts), roughly chopped
- 50g seeds (e.g., sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds)
- 50g dried fruits (e.g., raisins, cranberries), chopped
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp neutral vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan.
- Add rolled oats, nuts, and seeds to the pan and toast them over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.
- Add honey, vanilla extract, and salt, and mix well until everything is lightly caramelized.
- Remove the pan from heat and stir in the dried fruits.
- Allow the crispy muesli to cool on a plate or tray, then store it in a dry place.
Serving Suggestion:
The crispy muesli can be served with cold milk, yogurt, or fresh fruits. Layer it alternately with yogurt and sliced fruits in a bowl or glass for a delicious and healthy breakfast.
